Each appraisal report is also checked for internal consistency, industry accepted appraisal methods, and a logical value conclusion based on the data presented and supporting commentary.
As an Appraisal Management Company (AMC), SBS is dedicated to acting in compliance with state and federal laws that regulate AMCs. Every SBS employee that selects appraisers or reviews completed appraisals is trained in this program.
