Warranted Property Report provides all of the features of a standard Property Report and includes transaction protection from errors or omissions. It also offers GAP protection between the report date and recordation. In addition, warranted protection is transferrable for the life of the loan. Eligible loans include second mortgages, refinances, or home equity lines of credit, with maximum loan amount of $500,000 (Additional requirements apply).
